Domestic ground orders are delivered by UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Non US orders may incur VAT and customs fees/customs brokerage charges based on the amount and country delivered to. Customers are responsible for these charges at the time of delivery. Pathway Book Service is not responsible for the shipping for refused orders.

Please note that all international shipments will be sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid).

Orders placed before 8 AM Eastern Time on a business day ship the same day.  Orders placed later in the day are shipped on the next business day.

If a customer provides an e-mail address, a confirmation e-mail that includes tracking information will be sent when the order is shipped.
