Items purchased domestically may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. 

Items Purchased Internationally are non-returnable unless the product is defective or returned due to Locheads error.  

Full merchandise credit will be given if the returned product is in resalable condition. 

If the product is defective or returned due to Lochead’s error, full credit will also be given for shipping in both directions. 

A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return. 

Return authorization from Lochead is not required.
